KENNEDY CENTER GARAGE
This project included a deep cleaning and sanitizing of the entire Kennedy Center parking garage, Our team also repainted the walls and ceiling of the garage and touched up parking space lines, directional lines in the garage and garage columns.
ANNAPOLIS TOWNE CENTER
Whiting-Turner Contracting Company selected us to perform the fast-tracked construction of a 400,000 SF retail and office building as part of the renowned redevelopment of the former Parole Plaza, now known as Annapolis Towne Center. In keeping with the decadence of historic Annapolis architecture, Cain’s scope of work included the installation of ornamental moldings, 30-foot Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) columns, a domed roof, and cupolas. The ten-month scheduled required most of the work to be performed in the harsh winter months, requiring meticulous planning and coordination to ensure that safety and efficiency was maintained through completion.
WALTER REED ARMY MEDICAL CENTER
This project was an emergency design/build project at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in response to serious life safety issues and code violations within the building. Heavy updates to the electrical system were implemented, including the replacement of the main and emergency electrical panels, as well as the fire alarm system, lighting protection system, and emergency lighting. We also replaced guard and hand railing, and replaced two outdated and malfunctioning storm drain sump pumps that were causing flooding after heavy rain.
